When your DID is called, a2billing will ask the customer for a pin, if the correct pin is entered, a2billing will read the customer balance and provide a dialtone for the customer to make calls.
You will be able to see all calls, the rate you pay, the marked up rate the clients pay, profit, etc all inside the a2billing interface.
